Student Leadership Development

The American Conference on Diversity offers Diversity, Human Relations, and Peer Leadership Education programs for middle and high school youth and college students. Our services can be delivered as in-school programs, youth conferences, and off-site retreats.

Our youth and collegiate services can help schools:

  • Address problems related to diversity and inclusion (e.g. cliques, bullying, bias-related behaviors, social isolation, etc.)
  • Take preventive measures to address diversity awareness, bullying, prejudice, inclusion of new populations, etc.
  • Deliver professional development to administrators, faculty, and/or staff
  • Enhance or build leadership skills among students
