President & CEO
Ms. Williams-Riley is an award-winning diversity, equity, and inclusion ambassador and motivational speaker. Elizabeth has more than two decades of nonprofit executive leadership experience locally and nationally. She is a dynamic sought-after D&I professional who works with Fortune 500 corporations, school districts, and national nonprofit organizations to implement inclusive leadership and social justice initiatives. She has been featured in national publications, Diversity Best Practices, InSight Diversity, and Diversity Journal. Ms. Williams-Riley was a panelist at LinkedIn “DayIN” Trailblazers in Diversity forum, a featured workshop presenter at L’Oréal’s Executive Women’s Leadership Conference in NY and a presenter at the 2017-2019 National Conventions for the Young Democrats of America. Ms. Williams-Riley has facilitated training series for the New Jersey Consortia for Excellence and Equity. She is dedicated to tackling America’s unfinished business of injustice. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Elizabeth currently serves on the board of the Capital Region Minority Chamber of Commerce and Urban Bush Women Dance Company.

Our Board of Advisors
Our volunteer members hold expertise in leadership development, community and capacity building, and fund development, and they serve schools, workplaces, and communities through community engagement, diversity education and training, advocacy, recognition, and fundraising.
As a Board Advisor you will have the opportunity to volunteer your services in a number of ways, such as:
- Serve as a speaker or panelist at events
- Serve on our State Board Committees
- Host meetings and events
- Engage in donor cultivation
- Lead annual fundraising activities
- Champion diversity and inclusion issues in your area
