I would like to take this opportunity to thank the American Conference on Diversity for continued support and collaboration over the past years. The relationship has been sensitive to the needs of our population, customizing our Diversity Training to be inclusive of students, faculty, staff and administrators. The feedback from the participants has been excellent. In fact, through the Human Relations Advisory Council, the University has made the commitment to fund the Training annually and a group focusing on diversity initiatives, the Alliance for a Diverse Campus, has been established. American Conference on Diversity’s contributions have certainly made a difference to the Monmouth University community!
I look forward to future collaborations with the American Conference on Diversity.

I appreciate the welcome thoughts, ideas, shared experiences –each person shared their ‘own’ truth.  This workshop has changed how I will begin teaching this semester.
Atlantic Cape Community College

The program was very informative. The in-depth discussion made me really think about my views, especially the ones that are usually suppressed.

Essex County College provided Workplace Readiness Training for 300 youth in preparation for their participation in the City of Newark’s Summer Youth Program. As part of that training the youth participated in a half day Cultural Differences workshop that was facilitated by the American Conference on Diversity. The interactive workshop…helped students understand how stereotypes, bigotry, and bias can negatively impact their worksites.
Essex County College is pleased with the manner in which these workshops were conducted, and with the information that was presented to program participants. We received positive feedback from the program participants who found the workshops to be informative, timely, relevant, and enjoyable. The college looks forward to working collaboratively with the American Conference on Diversity on similar projects in the future.

On behalf of the campus community at DeVry University’s New Jersey locations, let me thank you and your tam at the American Conference on Diversity for your invaluable training and consulting services. Our executive leadership team and our employees enjoyed working with you. Your facilitative approach allowed us to explore diversity issues as they related to our unique work environment and to generate our own creative ideas for addressing them.
I would recommend the American Conference on Diversity to any organization seriously interested in promoting workplace diversity. You provide a substantive program that delivers meaningful results within a framework that encourages open dialogue and mutual respect. I commend you on your work and thank you again for helping us to make DeVry University in New Jersey a more welcoming environment for all of our students and employees.

We have been working with the staff from the American Conference on Diversity since 2003 and our experience has always been very good. The facilitators leading the training each have their own style and they have been well received by our staff. The facilitators tailor their content to help our staff at all levels—faculty, administrative staff, maintenance and housekeeping—to grasp the topics of diversity and cultural differences that are important to our academic community.
